Full payment is needed upfront before I start working.

I reserve the right to cancel or refund any commission I feel unable to or uncomfortable to complete.

Please provide at least one reference, (but give me as many as possible) and details on your character.

Extra characters on the same image may cost 50-100% of the commission price.

On commission completion, you will receive the full size .png and a half size .png

Edits and adjustments are OK in the early stages, fees may apply, or I might decline, depending on how much progress was made. Please let me know as early as possible if you're unhappy with something! I will be willing to work with you.

I might charge extra for very complex or very detailed backgrounds or characters, at my discretion.

If any additional fees or charges occur, I will quote you beforehand including the reasons for any charges.

I own the full rights to my artwork.

I may post WIPs or stream my progress of any commissions, unless you request that I keep the commission private.

I do not claim ownership of any IPs I draw.

I have the right to watermark my images and add my name

Commissions are for personal use, email me and we can discuss commercial use.

I will keep the client's personal information private.

I may post finished commissions on my social media. If requested, I will keep your commission private. Please let me know early in the process if your commission will be private so I don't stream or show anyone by mistake.

The client may post their commission, but please credit me. The client may also use their commissions as icons, banners, etc.

I will not start until I have received payment.

Payment will be done through Paypal Invoice

I will wait up to one week for the invoice to be paid before cancelling your slot.

Full refunds are allowed before I start any significant work.

Partial refunds are allowed after I have made enough progress.

If I am almost or fully done I will not refund you.

If you have received no progress or updates from me after a month, you will receive a full refund.

I try to finish commissions and art pieces after 1 week, maybe longer depending on complexity, my free time, etc.

I will inform the client of any possible delays.

I will provide frequent WIPs and WIPs upon client request.

Revisions may be requested early in the sketch process. I may add additional charges if major revisions are needed later in the process, minor revisions may be cheaper or free of charge.

If I make a mistake due to not following what the client clearly requested and stated at the beginning, then I will correct the mistake free of charge. Please let me know if I make any mistakes.
